The 22-time Olympic medalist stepped out with his girlfriend, model Megan Rossee, Monday night. The two walked arm-in-arm down the red carpet at a Speedo event in London, posing for pictures along the way.

Phelps, 27, and Rossee, 25, have been together about five months, E! Online reports. The swimmer, however, refused to answer reporters' questions about his relationship status on the red carpet, according to Us Weekly.
On Sunday, the blonde bombshell tweeted a picture of herself, Phelps and the six medals he won in London, with the caption, "Yay Michael :)."
