Hugh Hefner's former girlfriend Holly Madison is pregnant with her first child, Us Weekly reports.
Madison, 33, is expecting with her boyfriend of nine months, party promoter Pasquale Rotella.

"I've always wanted to be a mom," Madison told the magazine. "But I thought it would take longer!"
The former Girls Next Door star is 12 weeks along.
